What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There is a $16.95 shipping fee on all orders under $200.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted as payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, curlisto.com does not accept gift cards as a payment option.

The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account will be charged when your order ships. Your card will only be charged for the total amount of all products that actually ship. Any products that do not ship will not be charged to your card. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your financial institution.

You may change your credit card when you check out. During the checkout process, you can add credit card information and also save it for future purchases. Each time you shop on curlisto.com, you can choose to use your saved card or enter a new one. If you’d like to use the card for a single purchase, just choose not to save the card information.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 2-5 business days from the order date to receive your order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Credit card and personal information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on the website are encrypted, thereby protected and credit card information and personal data that is submitted at the time of the order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information regarding how we collect, protect, share, and use your information as part of our technology platforms.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Our order fulfillment department will pick, pack, and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The final invoice will be included in your shipment.
